Just down the hill from the Church of Santo António dos Olivais, this spot once inspired poets such as José Régio, António Nobre and Eugénio de Castro. Now it is a viewpoint over the growing city and the landscape created by new roads. Geologically it is an outcrop of sandstone conglomerates, favoured by the western slope of Triassic layers and by erosion by the Coselhas Brook.
