Rainha Santa Isabel Bridge
Built to a design by the engineer António Reis, the latest road bridge over the Mondego has 2 carriageways, each with 3 lanes. Opened in 2004, it has improved access to the area of Vale das Flores and the University’s Pólo II, for those approaching from the IC2 or the left bank of the river.
